  • Special Event. Freedom From Anxiety
    Many people experience stress and anxiety on a daily basis. It can cause problems for the person as well as their family, friends and work colleagues. During this Special Event Kadam Bridget Heyes, who is the NKT Spiritual Director and Resident Teacher at Nagarjuna Centre, will explain practical and simple methods for letting go of anxiety. She will guide us in meditations, allowing us to experience for ourselves how meditation works to rid the mind of unwanted thoughts and emotions, leaving us feeling relaxed and peaceful.
