Inside Out Part of Thriving Communities. 6 once weekly sessions to encourage participants who may be isolated to give them the confidence to get out and meet new people whilst learning new skills. Each session is themed from Nature and wildlife, food and nutrition, crafts and creativity, social and creative collections, movement and dance to name but a few.
