The Cumbrian Challenge is Walking With The Wounded's annual flagship fundraising event for individuals, organisations and companies who want to show their support and experience a memorable team-building weekend in the Lake District alongside our beneficiaries.
This fantastic event involves teams of 3 or 4 taking on one of three fun and challenging routes around the Langdale Pikes alongside teams of veterans being supported by the charity. Each route is a differing level of difficulty and teams have the choice of which one to take on - everyone leaves with a real sense of achievement.
As a charity we target those who have fallen the furthest, ex-services men and women struggling with mental health issues, unemployment, homelessness or caught in police custody.
