To commemorate the 250th anniversary of William Wordsworth's birth, Susan Allen from The Wordsworth Trust will be giving a talk at Carlisle Library on Friday 24th April at 1pm. "Here and there a star" will explore Dorothy and William Wordsworth; their lives, times, writing and friendships at Dove Cottage. Tickets are £2 to include refreshments, available from Carlisle Library (01228) 227312.
