During lockdown many of us made decisions to live a slower life, but we now find ourselves rushing and running and striving to keep up. Treat yourself get off your hamster wheel and pause to consider who you are and remind yourself of what you are good at AND produce a beautiful and unique piece of art work. This workshop with international coach Heather Turner uses painting shoes as a metaphor to explore how you put your best food forward, what you Achilles Heel is, what you have in your soul (sole), what you keep hidden and how you hold yourself together. And you do not need to be a talented artist to take part in this workshop.
