This years festival is the 10th annual spectacle of feathery, fuzzy, and glittery animal masks to descend on Penrith town centre. For the first time in The Winter Droving's 10 year history the event will be held over 3 days, celebrating Music, Art, Culture and Light. Rocking musicians, fire breathing performance art and larger-than-life illuminated lanterns, which will once again see droves of people descend into Penrith's town centre ready to join in with the masquerade.
