Getting help and support from Adult Social Care
Adult Social Care has a duty to support eligible adults in line with government legislation.
We work closely with other organisations to support people to maintain and regain their independence.
Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and Social Care Workers undertake assessments of need and support people to build a plan to best meet their needs.
We recognise the value that informal carers add and we work with Carers organisations to provide carers with support.
