The Council Plan explains how we are working towards our vision of being an organisation that 'works with residents, businesses, communities and other organisations to deliver the best services possible within the available resources'.

We are also delivering a programme of work to support our Customer Strategy. This strategy outlines our customer service aspirations, and explains how we plan to turn them into reality.

We have developed a new Customer Charter. The charter sets out our promises, letting you know what you can expect when dealing with our organisation.
