• Are you worried about your drug use?
  • Is a friend using or drinking too much?
  • Are you using for more than just fun?
  • Is your party weekend affecting your week?
  • How much alcohol is too much?
  • Is your drug/alcohol use affecting your relationships?

If you're worried about your own or one of your mates' drug or alcohol use, we can help.

You don't have to have an addiction but something might have happened that's worried you while you were drinking or using drugs that you want to check out by talking to someone.

If you need to talk, we are available to talk in person or on the phone, whatever feels more comfortable for you.

We have created an Instagram account that you might find helpful. We regularly post tips to keep yourself and your friends safe, facts about different drugs and we like sharing stories from others that have struggled with using substances. Our goal is to create a safe space for you to get some support even if you are not yet ready to speak to someone in real life.

If you don't find information about what you are struggling with, feel free to DM us, let us know if you would like us to do a series of posts on a topic you are personally interested in!

We are here to help, and happy to do this in a way that is best for you.

Don't hesitate to get in touch!

You can give us a call yourself but if you don't feel comfortable doing that, why not talk to a trusted person, like a school teacher, college tutor, friend or even your doctor.  They can give us a call or find a referral form on the Professionals Section on this website.
