Parkview Gardens is a 60 bedded two-storey residential home for older adults living with dementia, sensory impairment and physical disabilities. Parkview Gardens is divided into five houses, with all of the houses containing separate dining/communal areas. All residents' bedrooms within the houses have on-suite facilities. Ground floor bedrooms have patio doors leading out onto secure gardens, the first floor have balconies and each first floor bedroom has views of our beautiful gardens. We have a self-serve café/seating area on the ground floor and upstairs we have a shop and hairdressers, laundry for residents to do their own washing and drying if they so wish.
Parkview Gardens is a modern, light and spacious place for our residents to live and an excellent working environment for our staff.
We are proud to deliver high quality care for our residents and provide a homely atmosphere and are one big happy family.
Here at Parkview Gardens we offer a wide range of activities to our residents. This includes:

We also support and enable residents to engage in other social activities, hobbies and leisure interests outside of the home.
Members of the Roman Catholic Church also have the option to be visited by the local priest to deliver Holy Communion on an individual basis. Residents are also supported to attend religious services of their choice if they choose and we hold monthly church services.

Our cooks have many years of knowledge and catering experience between them. Menus are reviewed on the seasons of the year and residents are involved with menu choices which are discussed at residents meetings. Special requests/requirements/nutritional and diabetic needs are catered for. Our kitchens were awarded five stars from the Environmental Health Team.
Healthy snacks and fruit are available to residents throughout the day. We provide a choice of hot meals every day and residents are able to choose what they would like at meal times.
