We help people to stay active, comfortable and independent in their own homes.
We work with partner organisations like the NHS to deliver, install, maintain and collect equipment.
We also provide equipment to support care staff to give ongoing home care.
How the service works
An Occupational Therapist or District Nurse will need to complete an assessment to refer you to us:
- a trained professional will complete an assessment with you
- once your needs have been assessed and you have been prescribed equipment, we will contact you to arrange delivery
- we will make sure any large equipment like beds and mattresses arrive at your home, are set up for you and that you are shown how to use it
